Waverly joins Greater Cedar Valley Alliance business campaign The Waverly City Council mapped out the city’s economic future on Monday night. Council members voted unanimously, 6-0 with Ward 1 Councilman Gene Lieb absent, to endorse a five year regional economic development plan and made a financial pledge to the campaign.
